Every US Netflix plan is more expensive

Binging season four of Sunset sale only one small more expensive.

Starting Friday, Netflix will raise prices on all US subscriptions, bringing the cost of the standard plan to $15.49 per month from $14 and the cost of the 4K plan from $18. to $19.99 per month, The Verge report. The price of the basic plan will also increase from $9 to $9.99 per month.

The increase will affect new subscribers immediately; changes to existing subscribers’ payment plans will be rolled out gradually, “with Netflix promising to email members 30 days before the price increase goes into effect”, Verge Note.

Netflix has gotten more expensive over the years, following price spikes in 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2015.

A Netflix spokesperson said: “We are updating our pricing so we can continue to offer a wide variety of quality entertainment options. Reuters. “As always, we offer a wide range of packages so members can choose a price that fits their pocket.”
