Kitchen Mixing Counter at 300 N. Main St., Santa Ana, which was ordered to close on January 5 due to cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen on January 13.

Mrs. Fields at 2101 Westminster Mall, Westminster, which had been ordered to close on January 5 due to rat infestation, was allowed to reopen on January 7.
