OC Restaurant Week 2022 starts March 6 with deals on meals – Orange County Register

It’s back! OC Restaurant Week returns March 6-12 with more than 120 participating restaurants.

Eateries will be offering a variety of prix-fixe and luxe menus, as well as themed menus, including Family Night, Date Night, Vegetarian Dining and Dessert Spotlight.

“OC Restaurant Week has been a highlight for Southern California foodies for 14 years,” said Pamela Waitt, founder of OC Restaurant Week and president of OC Restaurant Association, Inc. in an announcement. “Now more than ever, diners are hungry to explore all that Orange County’s diverse culinary scene has to offer with their friends and family. There’s no better way to do that than through the limited time menus that are created exclusively for OC Restaurant Week.”

Get a jump start at the Restaurant Week Masters VIP Preview Party at the Irvine Spectrum Marriott on March 5. It’s a chance to sample bites from restaurant week menus and to hear live music by Jabe Amato, along with a live broadcast by Neil Saavedra from The Fork Report. Bear Robotics will provide two state-of-the-art robots serving charcuterie from Lover Boards. Proceeds will benefit Golden Rule Charity, a nonprofit dedicated to helping those in need in the hospitality industry.

Then, beginning March 6, diners will find discount menus so they can try new places and enjoy old favorites. From a $20 two-course lunch at Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen in Brea, with tacos, salmon, enchiladas and more choices, to a $60 three-course dinner at Five Crowns with entree selections of prime rib, chicken, skate wing or cauliflower steak, there will be plenty of restaurants and special menus to suit all tastes.

The popular Cocktails of Restaurant Week will also be back with specially crafted beverages, many restaurants will offer price breaks on wines, beer and signature cocktails.
