In-N-Out CEO Lynsi Snyder receives $16.3 million for Bradbury mansion – Orange County Register

In-N-Out Burger CEO Lynsi Snyder has sold her palatial Mediterranean-style home in Bradbury for $16.25 million, a 3% drop from last ask.

It’s also $1.16 million less than the businesswoman, whose net worth of $4.2 billion, according to Forbes, paid for the property.

The 18,678-square-foot mansion in the guarded Bradbury Estates has 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a hair salon in the main suite.

There is also a fully equipped guest house.

Snyder, 39, purchased the 4-acre property through a trust in 2012 from former Los Angeles Dodgers player Adrián Beltré for $17.41 million, property records show.

In 2017, Ms listed it for $19.79 million. It has spent many years in the market. And in March, it rise for $16.8 million.

Records show that Northern Trust Co., a trustee of the Old Ranch Road Trust, sold the property on December 12 to 340 Orr LLC, which is registered in Delaware. The LLC conceals the buyer.

The house features a circular stadium with manicured gardens, water features and a large entrance gate. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen with dual islands, a separate prep kitchen, formal dining and living rooms.

More than just luxury, it’s equipped for entertainment.

The temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, games room, movie theater and fitness center add to the perks inside.

Outdoors there’s a 3,400-square-foot entertainment building that doubles as a ballroom, a cabana with dining areas and full kitchens, and resort-style amenities. These include an infinity pool, a grass-covered two-hole course with bunkers and practice putting greens, as well as regulated tennis and basketball courts.

A vineyard, mature landscape and fruit trees grow on the large grounds.
