Tyson Fury is accused by Oleksandr Usyk of “trying very hard to copy Muhammad Ali but FAILING”.

OLEKSANDR USYK has hit out at Tyson Fury but hints the Brit is trying to copy boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

However, the Ukrainian boxer insisted Fury was just a “very poor” copy of the American great.

A planned fight between Usyk and Fury fell through in March as the two parties failed to reach an agreement.

It’s believed Usyk was even willing to agree a 70-30 exchange split in Fury’s favor to take the fight.

But according to Usyk’s agent Egis Klimas Fury, he made more and more demands that made it impossible to find a compromise.

Since the failure of the battle, the fighters have been calm, and now Usyk has attacked the “Gypsy King”.

On his YouTube channel, he told Volodymyr Kobelkov: “He tries very hard to copy the great Muhammad Ali.

“But the copy is very bad.”

On the failure of the negotiations, Usyk added: “He says: ’70/30, I am the king. I don’t react to that.

“I understand this is a mental game.

“The king is the king. And the king doesn’t need to shout that he’s the king.”

Usyk, 36, now looks like he will instead face mandatory challenger Daniel Dubois, 25, at the WBA’s request.

But former WBC champion Deontay Wilder, 37, ditched his name for a mega-fight with the WBA, IBF and WBO champion.

Meanwhile, Anthony Joshua, 33, said he was ready to fight Fury after beating Jermaine Franklin at 02 Arena.

Fury was also called out to a cage fight by Youtube Logan Paul.

Speaking to BT Sport, he said: “You know what I would do because I saw Tyson talking sh***?

“I would fight Tyson in an MMA fight.”
