Try Culver’s CurderBurger – limited returns begin Wednesday

CHICAGO — Cheese lovers have something to celebrate starting Wednesday, October 12: the limited-time return of Culver’s April Fool’s Day CurderBurger.
Before the cottage cheese-topped burger was open to the public, Chip Brewster was invited to W. Irving Park Rd. by WGN News Now. Franchise for a taste test in 2022. Watch the video above to see how the CurderBurger is made.
The Wisconsin-based restaurant chain first tempted diners with the CurderBurger on October 15, 2021, also known as National Cheese Curd Day. The day-long event helped 20% of restaurants break sales records and most places didn’t even make it to dinner before they were sold out.
This year, stores are getting a bigger supply of curd patties, but at least one local owner/operator believes demand will be so high that they will run out of the key ingredient within the first five days.
