TinCaps offers multiple promotions, events for Fright Night, Halloween

FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WANE) – With Halloween on the horizon, the Fort Wayne TinCaps have a few events and promotions planned for fans and TinCaps Kids Club members to enjoy throughout October.

Fans are invited to visit Parkview Field on October 15 when the TinCaps are hosting a scavenger hunt as part of Fright Night in downtown Fort Wayne.

The event will take place from 5pm to 7pm and Parkview Field will have concessions for sale.

“Our baseball season may be over at Parkview Field, but we’re active year-round,” said Brenda Feasby, TinCap’s Community and Fan Engagement Manager.

One of the promotions the TinCaps are offering in October is offering Kids Club members the opportunity to play trick or treating with team mascot Johnny TinCap on Halloween night.

Members must enter by Sunday October 23rd to win and a winner will be announced on October 24th.

Participation in the TinCaps Kids Club is free for children under the age of 12.

Finally, the TinCaps currently have an Oktoberfest Beer Sampler for sale that features 12 different Oktoberfest beers from breweries in Indiana and across the state.

Orders can be placed through October 24th, and people can pick up their order at the ballpark on October 26th.
