The PFW omnibus speaker series continues with NASA engineer “Moo” Cooper

FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WANE) — Purdue University Fort Wayne continued its Omnibus Speaker Series Monday with NASA engineer Moogega “Moo” Cooper.

Cooper was the lead planetary protection engineer on NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, which used the Perseverance rover.

For the omnibus series, Cooper presented a presentation entitled “Limitless” and spoke about her love of science.

The presentation took place in the Auer Performance Hall of the Rhinehart Music Center.

Cooper is the second speaker to be featured as part of the current season’s Omnibus Speaker Series. The remaining two speakers are Scott Dikkers, founder of The Onion, and actor and activist George Takei.

Dikkers will join PFW on February 16th and Takei will end the current season on April 25th.
