rihanna blew us all away once again, and it’s not just because of her phenomenal halftime performance at the Super Bowl. The singer broke the internet when it was confirmed that she is pregnant with her second child, and while there are congratulations, there is also some desperation among fans.
This stems from concern that the pregnancy means we won’t be getting another album any time soon, and fans feel like they’ve been waiting for this for so long. The artist’s last album Anti, was released in 2016 and has since focused on her Fenty empire, which includes a cosmetics line and a lingerie line. She also gave birth to her first child with rapper A$AP Rocky in May 2022 and it now looks like her first child will be having a sibling soon.
While we’re sure the artist is beyond happy to welcome her unborn baby into the world, she has a whole host of other babies screaming for her attention – her fans. As the news came as a shock to many, they quickly became despondent at the thought of having to wait any longer for the Barbados singer’s next album.
