Tampa Mayor Castor updates on the latest trail of Hurricane Ian

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa Mayor Jane Castor is scheduled to update the public on Ian’s journey as well as the City of Tampa’s ongoing emergency response efforts.

The mayor is expected to be accompanied by Tampa Police Chief Mary O’Connor and Tampa Fire Chief Barbara Tripp.

Local officials are encouraging residents to prepare for the approaching storm.
