Sunday brunch celebrates ‘Crustoberfest’ | WGN TV

Combining National Pizza Month (October) and Oktoberfest celebrations, Crust Brewing created a specialty Bavarian “Crustoberfest” pizza, topped with sausage and sauerkraut on a salted pretzel crust. By the way, Sunday is also National Pizza & Beer Day.

We were joined by Crust Brewing General Manager Brad Cool and pizza maker Pizza Paulie.
