Peralta, Aakiel Kendrick and Khari Ty Kendrick were caught after a tipster who knew two of the suspects saw surveillance video of the trio breaking into the Lams’ condominium.
Officials believe the suspects were waiting for an opportunity to attack the couple.

Peralta previously made headlines when he managed to post his bail in 2021. However, this was revoked when he attempted to contact a witness before his trial began.
Since this was not a death penalty case, Peralta will also serve life in prison without parole.
