Shocking temperature swings are coming | SWING 15

FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WANE) — Warm air continues to flow into northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio on Thursday and will take us to record highs — with highs expected in the mid-70s.

We will be close to a record November 10th temperature.

However, on Friday a cold front will pull through and temperature changes will occur. High temperatures in the mid 50’s hit around noon and we get colder from the afternoon into the evening.

Even colder air is hitting for the weekend and highs will only be in the upper 30s, and some lake-effect rain and snow showers are possible (little, if any, accumulation) as the cold air blows across Lake Michigan. Those 30’s highs will be about 35 degrees lower than our Thursday highs!

You can check out the latest 10 day video forecast and see the numbers for each day on the WANE weather page.

A few raindrops and snowflakes fall this weekend as cool air blows in across Lake Michigan from the northwest. Shocking temperature swings are coming | SWING 15
