SHANE McMAHON suffered a shock botch on his surprise return at WrestleMania 39.

Shane entered the ring at SoFi Stadium in Hollywood as the unexpected opponent of The Miz.

The American got in the ring after Miz’s WrestleMania co-host and superstar rapper Snoop Dogg engaged him in another impromptu match.

The two grapplers reignited their rivalry from WrestleMania 35, but the fight came to an abrupt end after WWE Owner Vince McMahon’s son botched a jump.

The 53-year-old landed awkwardly and appeared to have split his knee, causing him to fall onto the tarpaulin.

The situation got very awkward as the cameras focused on The Miz, who acted like everything was going as expected while off-camera medical staff tended to his opponent.

However, Snoop Dogg tried to come to the rescue and knocked out Miz with one punch

The singer then dealt another blow when he accused the two-time world champion of injuring Shane.

The WWE Hall of Famer hit Miz with his version of the People’s Elbow, which is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s finisher, before pinning him despite not even being part of the match.

The injury was real as the former European champion was helped back as he preferred his right leg.

This comes just a year after Shane was criticized for the “messy” way he scheduled the 2022 men’s Royal Rumble match.

Vince then decided that his son would never take responsibility for WWE as long as he ran the company.

In fact, reports suggested that Chairman Shane declared “never be able to get another pop in WWE again.”

The former SmackDown commissioner was then quietly fired from the company by his own father just before WrestleMania 38.
