DEPARTMENT 1
No. 3 Rosary 68, North Torrance 48: Senior striker Ava Dominguez added 24 points and Mya Barnes and Allison Clarke added 15 and 12 respectively to lead the host and top-seeded Royals (22-6) into the quarters on Wednesday.
Rosary will play in another second round game on Saturday at Esperanza, a 40-39 winner over Long Beach Poly.
55 Marlborough, No. 14 Woodbridge 35: Senior guard Maddie Yasui scored 10 points in the loss for the Host Warriors (17-11).

11 San Clemente 57, Ventura 56: Zona Miller potted a 10-foot jumper in the key on an inbound play at the buzzer to lift the host Tritons (23-7) into Wednesday’s quarterfinals in Redondo. Miller, a junior who also plays soccer this winter, finished with 18 points.

#10 44 Fairmont Prep, 34 San Dimas: Siyanda Salter scored 14 points to lead hosts Huskies (17-11) who play Wednesday’s quarterfinals in San Juan Hills.
#7 52 San Juan Hills, 43 Downey: Amanda Edwards sank a good 3-pointer in the fourth quarter to help the Stallions lead.

No. 16 Cypress 59, No. 25 Aliso Niguel 35: Senior center Myia Collins scored 22 points to lead the host Centurions (24-4) to the quarterfinals against top seed Brentwood. The Centurions will be the home team on Wednesday.
No. 9 Portola 50, St. Mary’s Academy 54: Moka Saiki scored 29 points and Kira Watanabe added 19, including five 3-pointers, as the Pacific Coast League runners-up beat Mark Keppel en route to Wednesday’s quarterfinals.

No. 15 Eldorado 55, Whitney 44: Avery Shiring had 16 points and 15 rebounds to lead the hosts Golden Hawks (20-8) into Wednesday’s quarterfinals in the Murrieta Valley.
No. 19 Sunny Hills 45, Holy Martyrs 37: The Freeway League at-large team won at home and advanced to the quarterfinals against the visiting Flintridge Prep on Wednesday.

No. 24 Anaheim 76, Hesperia 72 (2 OT): The visiting colonists (24-6) won in double overtime to advance to the quarterfinals against Chino on Wednesday.
No. 22 Calvary Chapel 56, Burroughs of Ridgecrest 38: The host Eagles advanced to the Quarterfinals against Cantwell Sacred Heart on Wednesday.

#13 Buena Park 76, Rio Hondo Prep 40: Sydnie Lendsey scored 20 points and colleague Alana White added 18 to lead the hosts and top-seeded Coyotes to the quarterfinals in Irvine on Wednesday.

St. Margaret’s 56, Sea View 36: Freshman Lila Wohlgemuth scored 12 points to speed up the visit and the top seeded Tartans, who play Immaculate Heart in the quarterfinals.
