Police operation in the old town, man shot, CPD officer injured: police
CHICAGO — A 20-year-old man was shot dead in the city’s historic district and taken to Northwestern Hospital. A 34-year-old CPD officer was also taken to the same hospital for shortness of breath, according to police.
No further information was provided and police are still investigating.
