Pamela Anderson says revealing memoir ‘Love, Pamela’ is ‘raw, unpolished’: See the cover

Pamela Anderson shares an “intimate” exploration of her existence in her upcoming memoir.

PEOPLE Shares Love, Pamela’s Duvet Set To Be Released January 31, 2023 Via HarperCollins And Dey Street Books.

“With brilliant prose interspersed with bursts of singular poetry, Love, Pamela is an empowering, heartbreaking and intimate memoir,” in keeping with an authentic release.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE, Anderson, 55, says the e-book chronicles “just a girl’s messy existence” and is “a party of imperfections.”

“These are all my feelings about my lifestyle — no ‘woe is me,’ even though some cases have been tough,” says the former Baywatch star.

“I made it and had to find love with grace and dignity mixed with humor, popularity and forgiveness.”

Anderson says she didn’t have a co-creator on Love, Pamela, “preferably an editor to befriend and argue with. She noticed me through it all; a painful lesson in humility, living my life twice became once too common.” The actress and model tell People they are all “pleased with the very latest product” due for release early next year, “and that it is behind me”.

“The e-book is a raw, unpolished attempt – a very personal account of my life, from my first memory to my last,” she explains.

Anderson has been a surname since the early 1990s after finding her breakthrough on television in Home Improvement, Days of Our Lives and Baywatch, in which she was a series regular from 1992-1997. Anderson even made a cameo as her individual Casey Jean “CJ” Parker in the 2017 film about the same call.

She has appeared in numerous television series and films over time – most notably 1996’s Barb Wire and a speaking role on the early 2000s animated series Stripperella – and holds the record for most Playboy covers. Back in April, Anderson made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago for a limited engagement.

In March, Anderson announced that she could talk about her storied existence in an upcoming documentary for Netflix.

Directed by The Keepers’ Ryan White, the film will also be co-produced with the help of one of Anderson’s sons, Brandon Thomas Lee, whom she shares with her ex-husband Tommy Lee.
