Oppo F19 receives ColorOS 12 public beta

Finally, Oppo releases the ColorOS 12 beta for users of the F19 smartphone. The program has only been invited since late February, but now the company is looking for 5,000 users of the midranger to participate in the next software.

The Oppo F19 is a very popular smartphone in India, which is why Oppo is only looking for beta testers in the South Asian country. You can apply them from the settings menu – tap Software update, then tap the cog in the top corner. If the beta is available you will see an option to “Apply for beta” otherwise you will have to “wait for the next round”.

Once people apply, they will receive the beta within 3 business days, which means the package is likely to be sent by humans and is not an automated process.

Oppo reminds F19 users that after the update, the device may heat up, lag and drain the battery, which will improve over time – after all, people should be willing to accept some inconveniences for the glamour, pioneers in this field to be accepted.
