New Eureka! Aliso Viejo site to open March 13 – Orange County Register

The popular restaurant chain Eureka! will open its first location in Aliso Viejo next to Aliso Viejo city center on March 13th.
The chain from LA-based Eureka! The Restaurant Group is enjoying growing popularity, serving American classics with a modern twist.
The new location accommodates 204 guests in more than 4,900 square meters of space, including a lounge area, a center bar and a terrace. The lounge will be adorned with a vintage plane tree mural by LA artist Nichole Blackburn, and the patio will feature a water and fire element.
With the new location Eureka! is bringing its extensive craft beer lineup, including 17 craft beers on tap from local breweries like Brewery X’s Slap & Tickle IPA, Laguna Beach Beer Co.’s Laguna Lite, Bottle Logic’s 714 Blonde, and more. Special craft cocktails and over 40 whiskeys in small batches will also be available.
Menu highlights include the Mac N’ Cheese Balls with beer cheese sauce and Fresno chilies, the Bone Marrow Burger with bone marrow shiitake butter, grilled onions, horseradish mustard aioli and roasted Roma tomatoes, and the Fresno Fig Burger with figs Jam, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula and spicy porter mustard. For dessert, guests can enjoy a bourbon barrel cake with pecans, caramel and vanilla bean ice cream.
Popular weekly events like Half Price Wine on Tuesdays, Steal the Glass on Wednesdays and $7 Bloody Marys and Mimosas on the weekends will also be available.
Eureka! is hiring for all positions and will be hosting an onsite recruitment fair from Monday 13th February to Saturday 25th February (excluding Sundays) from 10am to 6pm
The service hours for the new location are: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
