National spokesman urges Fort Wayne United Front to create “Community of Civility.”

FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WANE) — As Fort Wayne leaders in the United Front worked to build racial healing, justice and education, they were challenged by a nationally known author and speaker to create a “community of civility.”

Will Moreland, Ph.D., President of Moreland Training and Associates, speaks about leadership and business growth across the country. On Facebook, United Front called Moreland “America’s #1 Leadership Coach.”

Moreland said he was impressed with the effort at Fort Wayne.

“The community is ready to take on the challenge of change and that’s so important,” he said after his afternoon presentation. “Mahatma Gandhi said, ‘You have to be the change you want to see,’ and I think Fort Wayne is ready to be the change they want to see.”

United Front plans to put the theories learned into practice on a larger scale in 2023.

Moreland spoke to a larger group of executives in the mornings and a smaller group in the afternoons.

“I’m excited about the changes and transformation that will happen in the city and I’m rooting for you. They have a fan in Phoenix, Arizona. Let’s go to Fort Wayne.” National spokesman urges Fort Wayne United Front to create “Community of Civility.”
