Liverpool will have a full squad for the Benfica clash
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed the club will have a full squad to choose from for Tuesday’s clash with Benfica.
Klopp told reporters:
“Yes, full squad available, absolutely. Curtis was just a little swollen [it] then disappeared overnight, fine. Same goes for Joel, which is really helpful because it looked really weird. Yeah and Trent has been training for four or five days now, I don’t know exactly but yeah he’s ready too.”
The Reds are hoping to avoid an upset in Tuesday’s quarter-final first leg and walk away with an advantage Estadio da Luz.
Fenerbahce join the race to sign Origi
According to Turkish source Takvim, Fenerbahce are interested in signing Divock Origi and have started talks with the Belgium camp.
Origi has also been linked with a move to AC Milan. The Rossoneri are ready to pay him €4m a year and offer him a four-year deal.
It remains to be seen whether the Belgian will accept Fenerbahce’s three-year deal, as reported by Takvim.
