Jack Harlow announces new single ‘First Class’, due out this week

Jack Harlow has announced that he will be releasing a new single called “First Class” later this week.

It comes after the Kentucky rapper recently announced the release of his second studio album, Come Home The Kids Miss You.

The follow-up to the 2020 album, That’s What They All Say, will be released May 6th via Generation Now/Atlantic Records and was previously previewed with the single Nail Tech.

Tonight (April 4), Harlow took to Twitter to quote a video clip of a studio version of a track he originally shared last week.

The first tweet read: “Locked in the studio to finish this album for you. How about this one next?โ€

Seemingly pleased with the response he’s received to the track, Harlow is now releasing it as a single on Friday (April 8th). “‘First Class’ this Friday,” he captioned the tweet.

Harlow joined Lil Nas X for a great performance at the 2022 Grammys in Las Vegas last night (April 3).

The rappers re-enacted their recent collaboration “Industry Baby” on the MGM Grand Stage, where Lil Nas X and his backing dancers were dressed in glittery marching band uniforms.

In a recent interview with Rolling StoneHarlow has spoken of paying particular attention to his collaborations and admitted he’s hesitant to accept features in pop songs.

“You won’t believe what I turned down because this bag we have now is fragile man,” he said. “I turned down so much shit, that would have been a big ol’ bag.”

One artist he’s particularly keen to work with is Dolly Parton. Harlow said he reached out to the country legend’s team in hopes of facilitating a possible collaboration. “I want to do something hard to her,” he said.

It was announced last month that Harlow would be making his acting debut in an upcoming reboot of Ron Shelton’s 1992 sports comedy White men can’t jump by 20th Century Fox.

as meeting The rapper was reportedly offered the role after his very first screen audition. The original film starred Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson as street basketball hustlers who team up to get a bigger score. Harlow will be starring in Harrelson’s role as Billy Hoyle.

Meanwhile, Harlow and Drake presented an unsuspecting fan with $20,000 (ยฃ15,300) in cash when they were on a recent trip to Turks and Caicos.
