A WAXER has revealed how they can always tell if you’re on your period or not – and it has nothing to do with what’s going on ‘down there’.

Jamielee took to her TikTok page to explain how she is in a video called, “Things Your Waxer Knows Because She’s Your Waxer.”

Then she simulated a client’s facial wax.

And then, after peeling off the strip of wax on the woman’s upper lip, she said, “Oh, you’re on your period?”

The customer looked stunned as she held the sore spot on her upper lip where the hair used to be as a speech bubble appeared over her head reading, “How did she know that?”

In the caption, she wrote: “Yeah, we’ll know that too. Your period cycle has a pretty obvious impact on your skin and sensitivity to waxing.

“It’s not dangerous and you can still grow, you’ll just be extra tender and redder than usual.”

“Last week my waxer told me I was going to get my period soon and then I got it later that day,” one person wrote in the video’s comments.

Not only that, Jamielee can tell if a client is pregnant or not by her sensitivity and redness after waxing, she explained in another TikTok.

“Girls my lady asked me if I was pregnant three days before I found out,” one commented on the video.

As another waxer added, “The number of clients I’ve told they’re pregnant before they even know it is insane.”

“Hairdresser – we know too,” said a third.
