Then disable Control Center and USB access.
Make sure your privacy location services are turned on.

It is because phone theft has become a common occurrence.
So it’s important to be on guard and try to protect yourself.

How to prevent cell phone theft
Crimestoppers has provided some advice on how to best protect yourself from cell phone theft.
- Be aware of your surroundings and always pay attention to what is going on around you.
- Try to limit the time you spend on your phone in public.
- Keep an eye out for someone on a bike or moped around you.
- Don’t text while you’re walking – you’ll become less aware of what’s going on around you.
- If possible, try to stand with your back to the wall when you’re on the phone so no one can come up behind you.
- Don’t keep your credit card on the back of your phone cover
It’s not the only trick to help you get the most out of your iPhone.
TikToker Katarina Mogus has revealed how she uses AirTags with an app on her phone.
The app tracks when your suitcase appears on the conveyor belt at baggage claim – or if it’s still at the departure airport if you’re unlucky.
In the video she says: “You can actually track it and know where the luggage is at all times.”
Meanwhile, another TikToker showed how you can track your friends’ flights with a hidden iPhone feature.

Also, Samsung fans have revealed a clever hack to solve one of the phone’s biggest problems.
It will instantly improve your Samsung experience – especially if you have a big phone – and it’s completely free.
