Love is in the air in Southern California’s casinos.

If you’re looking to get in the mood this Valentine’s Day weekend or to commemorate today, Tuesday February 14th, the casinos offer live entertainment, specialty dining and spa treatments.

The Steakhouse: Multi-course meal with an appetizer choice of roasted cauliflower and truffle soup or baby arugula salad; Your choice of seared Chilean sea bass or 28-ounce dry-age cowboy steak for starters; Raspberry mousse dime cake for dessert. Available from 5pm to 10pm for $120 per person.

cafe water: A three-course meal with a choice of carrot and cumin soup or strawberry salad as a starter; for starters, choose between New York steak on the bone or oven-roasted halibut; Dessert is a red velvet cake. Available from 6am to 10pm for $48.

In addition to dining specialties at The Bistro, Fresh Grill Buffet and POM, the Indio-Area Casino will host singer-songwriter Hunter Hayes on Saturday February 11th at 8pm. Hayes has several love songs, such as “This Girl”, “Secret Love” and “Gesucht”. Tickets cost $39 to $59.

The bistro: Enjoy specialty dishes like a heart-shaped, flavorful tuna roll with soy-honey glaze and mango salsa ($20), Oscar-style double petite filet mignon, and a 7-ounce Maine lobster tail with aged cheddar potato soufflé and asparagus ($75) . Dessert options include chocolate mocha cake with raspberry coulis ($12). Available from 5pm to 10pm

Fresh grill buffet: The all-you-can-eat buffet features options like Alaskan snow crab legs, oysters on a half-shell, New Zealand mussels and smoked salmon, prime sear ribs and seared turkey breast with maple, baked salmon fillet with Boursin crust, and chicken cordon bleu, New York steak , leg of lamb roasted in herbs and other dishes. Available 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.: $44.99 for adults; $34.99 for children; Children three and younger are free.

POM: A three-course meal with an appetizer of hot shrimp with buttery spices, a garden salad and King’s Hawaiian rolls; Starters consist of steamed Alaskan crab legs with Old Bay spices and butter, crab cakes, butterfly shrimp, spicy french fries and Lowcountry coleslaw with Creole-style rice pilaf. Dessert is a chocolate mousse cake with fresh whipped cream and raspberry sauce. Available from 5pm to 11pm for $49 per person.
