Houston Crimes: Suspect wanted for holding an employee at gunpoint during a robbery at a laundry on Wirt in Spring Branch, police say

HOUSTON, TX (KTRK) — A teenage girl and an employee were held at gunpoint by a robbery suspect at a Spring Branch washateria, newly released surveillance video shows.
The child’s loud screams can be heard at the beginning of the video as the man urged the girl and woman to pay.
The armed robbery occurred Aug. 19 at a washateria on Block 2000 of Wirt, police said.
“Hurry up. Give me everything. That’s not all. Where’s the rest? Come on. Give me everything,” the suspect is heard saying while forcing the woman to put the money in a bag.
After the suspect received the money from the clerk, police said he ran away in an unknown direction.

Police described the suspect as a black male between 5.3 and 5.9 inches tall. They also pointed out that the man has a tattoo above his eyebrow and was last seen in dark clothing.
