Good morning Britain Presenter Laura Tobin overslept and missed her regular weather slot after a night of drinking.
The meteorologist was due to air around 6:20am on Friday morning, but presenters Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard were happy to explain to viewers why she was absent.
“She’s the last one to wake up this morning, she overslept,” Ben said as the camera panned to its empty seat next to the weather map.
Laura was late for work after taking part in the ultimate news quiz with GMB colleagues on Thursday night, an event her team won.
