Golovkin continued, “Ryota Murata is a solid fighter, he’s a former Olympic champion, he’s a current world champion and of course it’s all for a reason, he deserves it.
“And I should say that fighters of his level are the reason for organizing an event of this kind.

GGG and Canelo will meet again if they both win their next fights
It is known that Golovkin has already signed for a trilogy fight with Canelo Alvarez on September 17th.
However, he must first beat Murata and hope his Mexican rival defeats Dmitry Bivol for the fight to take place.
As a result, GGG stressed, “I think it’s too early to talk about it.
“I think the time will come and we’ll be happy to talk about it, but it’s premature.
“I think we should focus on the fight ahead.”
