Elton John cancels Minute Maid Park concert after Houston Astros advance to MLB playoffs
HOUSTON, TX (KTRK) — You’re out of luck if you’re planning on seeing Elton John in concert next month. The singer has announced a show cancellation for the ELTON JOHN Farewell Yellow Brick Road Final Tour and it’s here in Houston.

The “Tiny Dancer” singer canceled his Nov. 4 show at Minute Maid Park due to the Houston Astros advancing in the MLB playoffs.
Should the Astros make it to the World Series, Game 6 would be scheduled for the same day as the concert, according to a statement on the team’s website.
Unfortunately the show will not be rescheduled but tickets will be automatically refunded.

All refunds are expected to be fully processed by November 18th.
