Eagles Executive Interview for GM vacancy in Minnesota Vikings
Eagles executive vice president Howie Roseman is a very important figure to Eagles fans.
Many wanted him gone yesterday, others were reluctant to give him some credit as the teams rotated quickly, 4-11-1 to return to the knockout stages with three picks in the round. first in an upcoming draft.
It’s hard to argue that the team seems to be on the right track.
While fans may be torn, in the league, Roseman has respect, and rival teams see the continued successes the Eagles have and crave that kind of stability.
Many of his previous office members are now running successful franchises, and another may have an opportunity during this hiring cycle.
According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, Eagles Football CEO Catherine Raiche will interview for the position of Minnesota Vikings general manager.
Raiche, 32, is the most senior woman working in human resources in the NFL today.
If she gets the job, she will become the second female general manager in NFL history. The Eagles’ Susan Tose Spencer, daughter of owner Leonard Tose, served as the team’s GM from 1983-85.
Raiche started with the Eagles as football operations coordinator/player personnel in 2019 after working with the Montreal Alouettes and Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League and in the XFL with the Tampa Bay Vipes.
