Cheltenham Festival 2022 LIVE: Gold Cup results, tips, odds, schedule and latest updates as Rachael Blackmore goes on A Plus Tard

Racegoers arrive for the first day of the Cheltenham Festival
In the Cheltenham Festival final, Minella Indo is looking to secure back-to-back Gold Cup wins while Rachael Blackmore leads the challengers on favorite horse A Plus Tard.
Despite a bright and sunny third day, things are soft again after Wednesday’s heavy rain, but conditions are near perfect at the Greatest Show on Turf as the festival draws to a close. The day’s action will of course be spearheaded by the Gold Cup, but looks set to include exciting action at the Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle and the JCB Triumph Hurdle, among others.
On the third day, Flooring Porter joined the illustrious list of horses to have won the Stayers’ Hurdle more than once with his second straight win, while Alloha repeated the same feat in the Ryanair Chase, Minella Indo can do with her Gold Cup performances keep up today?
Jockey Robbie Power will think so, but he faces stiff competition from Rachael Blackmore on A Plus Tard and Davy Russell on the back of Galvin – both of whom should start with lesser odds than last year’s winner.
