Celtic Troll Rangers perform hilarious The Office sketch after Jota Old Firm’s goal

CELTIC has trolled Rangers with a clip from US comedy show The Office, mocking their Old Firm rivals over Jota’s goal in the weekend’s derby clash.

The Portugal winger sealed Parkhead’s victory after scoring his side’s third goal to make it 3-1 with 15 minutes remaining.

Rangers skipper James Tavernier scored his brace soon after but it was Jota’s goal that secured the three points as Ange Postecoglou’s men won 3-2.

Celtic’s third was a memorable moment for Gers defender John Souttar and goalkeeper Allan McGregor as they handed victory to their rivals.

The former Hearts man played an erratic back pass to his keeper but misjudged the veteran’s position and instead passed the ball straight to the Hoops forward.

Jota took the ball from McGregor and fitted it into an empty net from a tight angle to give his team a two-goal lead.

The 24-year-old winger posted a clip of the goal on his Instagram Story, including another video showing Celtic legend Henrik Larsson scoring an almost identical goal against Rangers from his Glasgow days.

Jota captioned it: “Inspired by the greatest”

And it prompted Larsson to share it on his profile as well.

Now the club rubbed it in even more by posting a video on TikTock linking the two goals to a hilarious sketch by The Office.

Pam, who was one of the main characters on the show, is seen walking into acting regional manager Creed’s office and showing two identical pictures, asking him to pick out the differences between them.

The hoops replaced what was on the two notes with clips of the two goals before cutting to another scene where Pam reveals, “They’re the same picture.”

The two goals are uncanny and it’s no surprise Celtic used them to create the re-enactment of the hit US show.
