And the BMW owner is believed to have parked across two bays to protect his high-end car.

However, most drivers usually abide by the rules in any parking garage by only occupying one space.

The video uploaded to TikTok by @justafunaacount123 has gone viral on social media – with more than 316,100 views and 685 comments.

The poster captioned the video, “There’s always one,” while the caption reads, “Parking c***.”

There is a possibility that you will be fined for using two parking spaces.

According to britishparking.co.uk your car must be parked within the parking bay markings or you risk a ticket.

In 2018, signs from a parking company called Horizon Parking surfaced at a Tesco branch in Stockton-on-Tees, North Yorkshire.

The sign stated a charge of £70 if vehicles were not parked in marked bays.

However, people in the comments were divided – and some of them revealed that they also park their cars in two bays to avoid being hit by another car door.

One said: “You need to protect your investment. Nobody else will do it.”

A second person commented, “I’m doing the same after my car door was marked by another car.”

A third pointed out: “I do that too. I’m sick of coming back from the shops to find a bunch rammed right into my ride!”

Other users think this driver is selfish and should stop parking across two bays.

One said, “When I see a parking lot like this, I park as close to it as possible.”

A second pointed out: “It’s a BMW and the attitude comes with it.”

This comes after a woman branded ‘Karen’ parked across two bays – before accusing another driver of scratching her Range Rover.

Also, a driver who left a note on his car explaining why he took up two parking spaces has divided people.
