Ben Stiller was hilariously pulled into Nick Kyrgio’s row in the tennis match against Rafael Nadal

Hollywood stars know they’ll stand out when they attend high-profile tennis matches, but it’s not often that they become a feature of the game itself.

That’s exactly what happened to Ben Stiller yesterday (March 17) when Australian pro Nick Kyrgios got into a fight with him during his match with Rafael Nadal.

Kyrgios, who has a history of erratic behavior on the pitch, began arguing with a member of the crowd who he accused of disturbing him during the game.

“Do you play?” he asked the viewer. “Are you good at tennis? Exactly. So why are you talking?

Pointing at Stiller, he added: “Am I telling him how to act? No.”

the Meet the Fockers Star is then seen in the crowd, grinning at the comment.

Clips of the incident were shared online, with fans sharing their amusement at the encounter.

“I’m here for a Ben Stiller-Nick Kyrgios film, for what it’s worth,” wrote Australian sports broadcaster Lachlan McKirdy.

“Did Nick Kyrgios just ride the sled…Ben Stiller?” joked one fan.

“Needle. Kyrgios. Ben Stiller. What a match,” wrote another.

Kyrgios lost the match to Nadal in three sets and the Spanish tennis legend reached the semi-finals of the competition in Indian Wells.

The match was marred by a series of disciplinary offenses from Kyrgios, including a time-out and a point penalty for telling a member of the crowd to “shut up”.

He also apologized on Instagram for smashing his racquet to the ground in frustration after equipment bounced up and nearly hit a ball boy.
