Jason Salgado, 17, was arrested Oct. 5 and is reportedly being held on $20,000 bail at the Galveston County Jail. Charges against Salgado for involvement in organized criminal activity, a first-degree felony, have been approved by the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office.
Detectives identified the teenager after a thorough investigation into attacks in the Bacliff area, about 16 miles northwest of Galveston.
