Major League Baseball revealed the seasons for the remainder of the AL Division Series between Houston and the Seattle Mariners.
We already knew that Game 2 at Minute Maid Park was scheduled for first place on Thursday at 2:37 p.m., but the game times for Games 3 and 4, scheduled for Seattle, were unknown prior to Wednesday’s rest day.
The video above is from a previous report October 11, 2022.
Game 3 is scheduled for a first pitch at 3:07 p.m. Saturday at T-Mobile Park.
Game 4 is scheduled to start Sunday at 2:07 p.m. in Seattle if necessary.
A potential winner Take-All Game 5 would return to Houston for Monday, October 17, where the time has yet to be determined. If it gets to that point, one issue would be the tight turn to travel across two time zones while a potential Game 5 stays in the background in the other ALDS matchup. Yankees Guardians Game 5 is now scheduled for Monday at 7:37 p.m. in New York.
As for Houston’s likely starters on the mound, Framber Valdez gets the ball in a likely loud juice box. Lance McCullers Jr. would put a potential production clincher on the road in Game 3.
Houston leads the best-of-five series 1-0 with the club’s sixth straight trip to the AL Championship Series at stake.
