GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – Teens and young children across the country are now vaping more than ever. Students are exposed to vaping as early as elementary school and some are pushed into vaping by their classmates. While it doesn’t look harmful, vaping does have negative health effects. Maranda is working with the Kent County Health Department and Talk Sooner to help parents, teachers and carers learn more about vaping and the risks it poses to our youth. The Truth About Youth Vaping-A Community Conversation is a free public event that will answer many questions about vaping.
