A third woman in two weeks has come forward to accuse Andrew Tate, the misogynistic influencer who is currently in charge Prison charged with human trafficking in Romania, to have raped her. Vice World News received audio and text messages provided by the woman she called “Amelia” in which Tate seems to be saying “I love to rape you,” among other violent, disturbing things.

Amelia told Vice that she first met Tate in 2009, but their relationship turned romantic in 2013. One night, after specifically saying she didn’t want to have sex, she said Tate was lying on the bed in silence, prompting her to ask what was wrong. “This guy literally lay there and said, ‘I’m just debating whether or not to rape you,'” Amelia shared. From then on, she says Tate’s demeanor completely changed. She claims he began strangling her, forced her to remove her pants, and raped her. He continued to strangle her the entire time, Amelia claims. “He’s like, ‘Fuck it, say it bitch. You don’t fucking say my name, say my fucking name or I’ll kill you.’”

“I’ve never been strangled before. I don’t know if he will stop. And I was so scared,” she told Vice. “Whenever you think about being in this situation, you think you’re going to fight back… But I’m telling you, you don’t. Because if you fight back, what else is he going to do to you? He’s a 6’3 champion kickboxer, for goodness sake.”

After that night, Amelia says she dated Tate for several months because she was in denial about the reality of what had happened and didn’t want to feel like a victim. “You want it this time, then I won’t be humiliated, then it’s not.” the R word [rape],'” She explained. “So that’s what I did.”

Amelia only broke off the relationship after Tate asked her to go away with him for the weekend, prompting her: “[wake] get up and realize that if I spend a whole weekend with him I might end up in the hospital.” Despite this, Tate continued to contact her. At various points he had texted her: “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it. I fucking loved how much you hated it. It turned me on. Why am I like this?” Another caption read, “And I love to rape you. And having me watched while I’m still debating whether it’s a good idea or not.” And another reads, “If you’re under my control, I’ll do whatever I want.”

In a disturbing voice memo, Tate tells Amelia: “Are you seriously so offended that I strangled you a bit? You didn’t fucking pass out. Chill the fuck out Jesus Christ, I thought you were cool, what’s wrong with you?”

Six months after the alleged rape, Amelia went to the police and said she was ultimately stopped from proceeding with the report. She struggled to speak up about the trauma she experienced while serving in the police force and felt belittled when an officer asked her friend if she had a learning disability. In 2015, police contacted her and asked for her consent to investigate her case in connection with two other allegations against Tate involving women who worked for him — one who said Tate had her and other employees who worked for his webcam business, hit on multiple occasions, and another who said Tate raped her.

As Vice previously reported, police held the case for four years before referring it to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) – the UK agency that determines whether there’s a realistic chance of a conviction – which Tate eventually turned down to be prosecuted.

Tate rose to worldwide fame for his Manosphere blog about being an alpha male and controlling women. He talks about it in some of his videos how to hit women, while his website details his business model of manipulating women into working for you. He has experienced such a disturbingly intense influence that teachers and educators forced to address the hate and disinformation Tate has been spreading in their schools and communities.

Amelia and the other two women have expressed frustration at the risk of putting so many women at risk as Tate has evaded responsibility for his alleged acts of violence – some of which he has all but admitted in his social media posts. In 2016 as a candidate Big Brother only briefly was Tate removed from the show The police confirmed that he was being investigated for sexual assault. A video had also surfaced at the time of Tate hitting his then-girlfriend with a belt.

Tate is currently in prison in Romania and is under investigation human trafficking. Romanian prosecutors say he is suspected of being part of a criminal group that lures women with false promises and then sexually exploits them. subdue subjected her to “physical violence and psychological coercion through intimidation, constant surveillance, control and appeal of alleged debts” and forced her to make pornographic videos. Unlike his fans conspiracy theories that he was already dismissed, a judge this week declined Tate and his brother are appealing for an early release from prison and he will remain behind bars for the month.
