ANAHEIM — A 66-year-old Anaheim dance studio owner has been accused of sexually assaulting two students, and police said Wednesday they suspect there may be other victims and urged everyone to come forward.
Richard Hirschl of Tustin was charged Nov. 3 with four felonies of indecent or lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14, according to court records.
Hirschl was arrested on Friday. He posted $100,000 bail and was arrested, according to Sgt. Shane Carringer of the Anaheim Police Department.
The defendant owns the Hirschl School of Dance at N. Tustin Ave. 1012, said Carringer. He is accused of assaulting a girl aged 12 in 2012 and another girl aged 11 to 13 between 2014 and 2017, Carringer said.
Hirschl is scheduled to be charged on December 21 at the North Justice Center in Fullerton.
Anyone with information relevant to investigators was asked to call the detectives at 714-765-1679.
