A person in non-life-threatening condition following a shooting in south Fort Wayne
FORT WAYNE, Indiana (WANE) — One person is in a non-life-threatening condition following a shooting on the south side of town near Waynedale Thursday.
According to Fort Wayne Police, police were responding to reports of a shooting at the junction of the Airport Expressway and Winchester Road.
One victim was taken to hospital in non-life-threatening condition, police said. Police at the scene said there may have been an exchange of gunfire between people.
It is unclear how many people were involved. The Fort Wayne Police Department is still investigating what happened.
