Ayrshire officers raided a site on the Ardeer Industrial Estate in Stevenston.
It is claimed that a large-scale cannabis farm was discovered along with the huge amount of drugs.
The total amount seized is believed to have a potential street value of £2million.
Police have now confirmed that four men, aged 30, 32, 34 and 36, have been arrested and charged in connection with drug-related offences.

They are expected to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Wednesday 5 April 2023.
Police are asking anyone with concerns or suspicions of drug use to contact officers.
Detective Sergeant Terry McEwan said: “Substance abuse brings nothing but misery to our communities and I would like to reassure the people of Ayrshire that we will continue to use all the means and tactics at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from the community.
“Our work often relies on the support of the public.
“So if you have any information or concerns about drug abuse, don’t hesitate to contact Police Scotland on 101.
“Or report this anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
